Managing your account

For a parent, your username should be the email you supplied during the registration of your kids.

If you are a staff, please use your staff login instead.

On the login page, click on the forgot password button.


 

You will then receive the reset password URL via email.

Once password has been reset, click here to continue with accessing the school portal

How to use SJII Portal

The profile photo will be used to print the parent ID card so it is important you provide a photo based on the requirements below:

  • Dimension: 3.5cm x 4.5cm
  • Resolution: 300 dpi
  • Format: JPEG
  • Maximum size: 2MB

To upload your photo please follow the steps below:

  1. Once logged in please go to the top right corner
  2. Click on the profile
  3. On the Profile page you, click Change/Upload Picture to open file selector navigation.
  4. Once a photo is selected, click on the Upload button

My portal allows you to access each child's report card by clicking on the switch icon in the top right corner.
You can follow the below steps on how to access the report card.

  1. Click on the switch icon to select children
  2. Select which children you want to view by clicking on connect
  3. Click on the Report menu to view the School Reports
  4. You can download the report as a pdf

Please follow the steps below on how to access historical reports.

  1. Click here
  2. There will be a new tab pops up for sign in
  3. Click Sign in via iParentPortalSAML
  4. Click on view the children's school reports
